[Paraview] how to add a new arrow glyph

Hello,

I am trying to display the velocities in a fluid flow. I would like 
the length of the arrow shaft to be proportional to the velocity, but 
I do not want the arrow head to scale.

Does this capability already exist? If not, what is the best approach 
to adding a new glyph.
