<p class="MsoNormal">Ideally, D3 (or its replacement) and the ghost cell generator would work correctly for higher order elements. I can’t think of anything special about non-linear elements that would make it particularly harder to partition or find ghost
 cells. As long as you are not clipping the cells, there is no interpolation that needs to be done.<o:p></o:p></p>
