[Paraview-developers] UserSettings.json location in custom application

Hello

Since the userSettings update, it seems the new UserSettings.json file
is always put in ~/.config/Paraview/UserSettings.json, while the .ini
file is put in ~/.config/CompanyName/ApplicationName.ini

First it's separate my config file, wich is not reallly good, 
second, it also means that json defined settings will be shared between
paraview and my custom application.

Is this normal ?
