includes ImageFilter.hxx but ImageFilter.h from the tar archive
includes ImageFilter.txx - that makes it difficult for me to
believe that the tar archive is created from the wiki content.<br>

you should not create a pull request for that repository, but rather modify
the example directly on the wiki. The repository is updated manually by an
automated script which scrapes the wiki. I think that Bill usually invokes
it.

which doesn't compile out of the box because ImageFilter.h tries to include
ImageFilter.txx which does not exist - should be ImageFilter.hxx (or
ImageFilter.hxx must be renamed to ImageFilter.txx).
