<p class="">I need to find corresponding slices in 2 different volumes. I used the ImageRegistration20.cxx example to register "volumeSource" and "volumeTarget". <br></p>
<p class="">My question is, then, to which slice in "volumeTarget" does ‘slice 10’ in "volumeSource" correspond?</p>
<p class="">Is there an ITK example/hints that could guide me in the right direction? I’ve just started using ITK and would be grateful for any help.</p><p class=""><br></p>
