that
problem
with
some
of
my
images.
I
set
up
the
whole
program<br>to
do
registration
and
apply
the
deformation
(co-register)
to
images
with
th<br>deformation
field
still
in
the
memory.
This
way
you
avoid
the
IO
issues
with
the<br>deformation
field.<br><br>Also,
I
have
this
problem
with
only
some
of
the
deformation
fields.
Some
others<br>seem<br>to
work
