<div>My point was that if you are using Visual Studio you can build a setup project. You may be missing some critical system files on the other machine. The setup project should incorporate these in the installer.</div>

<div>At a guess, you should probably build an installer and install it using this. We generally avoid these issues by using an installer. Often the other machine may not have the correct system libraries. I am assuming you are using Visual Studio.
