<div>Hi all,</div>  <div>I am trying to see if I can use image intensity information to generate automatic seed points for the shape detection level set segmentation. Has anyone ever tried to do this or something similar? I know the minimum maximum image filter calculates the min and max intensities in the image but&nbsp;I'm not sure&nbsp;it will work for my purpose. </div>  <div>Any suggestions/pointers on how to go about doing this? </div>  <div>Thanks,</div>  <div>OTL</div><p>&#32;
