Hi,<br><br>I'm comparing segmentation methods using the MR images provided in <a href="http://www.cma.mgh.harvard.edu/ibsr/ibsr_data">http://www.cma.mgh.harvard.edu/ibsr/ibsr_data</a>, I've downloaded the .tga files and .otl ones, but I've some troubles. In the comparison process which segmentation files to use: the "trinary" files or the .otl files.
