Dear All,<br><br>What I want to do is to cut a 3D MRI volume using a plane. This plane may not be perpendicular to x, y, or z axis and it could be any position and orientation. I need to know all the pixel locations on this plane to do further analysis. I know that VTK has a class called &quot;vtkImageReslice&quot; that can do the image plane cut. I am wondering if this could be implemented by using ITK only.
