I would like to use ImageRegistration8.cxx
which is in itk>itk-src-windows/Examples/Registration. Additionally , I would like to modify its metric part with "itkNormalizedCorrelationPointSetToImageMetric.txx" class as a metric. So, how can I use this .txx file in it? any example will be appreciated.

-----BEGIN PGP SIGNED MESSAGE-----
Hash: SHA1

Hi Tony,

I don't understand why you need to use the .txx files. You need just
to include the correspondent .h file. Take a look at examples and open
a .h correspondent file. You see the .txx included in the file. That's
because the classes are templates and compiler issues with them, I think.

Regards

Wagner

tony hakki wrote:
> hi dear ITK users; As a beginner of ITK
> I don't know how to use file which have .txx extension. for example
> I would like to use
> itkNormalizedCorrelationPointSetToImageMetric.txx which is in
> itk>itk-src-windows>Code>Algorithms .
