Why do objects like the MapContainer and the VectorContainer not inherit

from DataObject, but from Object? Is there any reason for this?<br><br>

If they would inherit from DataObject, it would be easier to use them as

filter pipeline objects (they could serve as an output of a ProcessObject

for example).<br><br>
