<DIV>Hi,</DIV>
<DIV> </DIV>
<DIV>I have a question about the use of ImageMaskSpatialObject. I have read the codes of "Examples/Registration/ImageRegistration12.cxx", and i am not clear about the obtaining of the Mask. In that program, it is got from a file: </DIV>
<DIV> maskReader->SetFileName( argv[3] );<BR> spatialObjectMask->SetImage( maskReader->GetOutput() );<BR>But what the file is? How can I generate this file?</DIV>
<DIV> </DIV>
<DIV>I also read "Examples/SpatialObjects/ImageMaskSpatialObject.cxx", where the image of Mask was generated by a series of codes. Does it means the readin image file in the former program is just like the one generated? Or there is another method to get the image?</DIV>
<DIV> </DIV>
<DIV>Thanks for attention!</DIV>
