<DIV> I am doing fiber tracking using streamling method. In the region where fiber tracts cross, the major tensor eigenvectors are in disorder, so the fiber tracking usually stop at these points and the fiber tracts are broken. </DIV>
<DIV> I think maybe i should regularize the vector field or the major tensor eigenvectors field before fiber tracking. But i don't konw how to do it? Is there such functionality in ITK ? BTW, has any fiber tracking algorithm been accomplished in ITK? </DIV>
<DIV> Can anybody gieve me some hint or clue? </DIV>
