font-family:Arial'>I was having some trouble getting the
itkMultiResolutionPDEDeformableRegistration filter to work for levels > 2.
Any level I set greater than 2 results in a seg fault after computing the
2<sup>nd</sup> level. I am using the level set motion registration filter
instead of the demons which is used as default in DeformableRegistration10.cxx.
The images are attached which are 2D and 256x256. I tried turning
on the debug mode for the multiresolution filter but I couldn’t gather
any useful information from the smart pointer reference counts. I also
tried putting the multires->Update(); in a try/catch block but that
didn’t help either. Any suggestions or help would be greatly
appreciated, thanks in advance.<o:p></o:p></span></font></p>
