Hi,<br>I'm registering two images, both are reformats generated from a stack of axial images. I'm using meansquareimagetoimage as the metric.<br><br>Since the reformats are generated from the axial images, i apply the Y tranlsation vector from the output to map my axial images, which seems to work fine for most cases. However, some cases do not register accurately.. meaning, when i apply the Y translation vectors to the axial stack, they're not part of the same anatomy.
<br><br>Is there a way i can tell if my reformat registration worked accurately? <br><br>Thanks in advance,<br>IR.<br>
