itkNormalizedMutualInformationHistogramImageToImageMetric or
itkMutualInformationHistogramImageToImageMetric takes a very long times even we
give the small size of the histogram. This is because that it
transforms and interpolates all points in the Fixed image region in order
to compute the metric at each iterattion. </FONT></DIV>
