I'm not having much success following the examples that come with itk.</DIV><DIV><BR class="khtml-block-placeholder"></DIV><DIV style="margin-top: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; ">I'm trying to use DeformableMesh3DFilter to generate a mesh from CT data. I followed the example DeformableModel2.cxx very closely.
