discovered that cvs has changed the format of dates presented by "cvs
log". I am not sure what version of cvs the change first occurred in.
It could be cvs 1.11 or 1.12.</SPAN></FONT></DIV>

<DIV><FONT face=Verdana size=2><SPAN class=232205416-10092004>Dart servers and
Dart clients that talk to "new" cvs servers will need to be updated (via cvs).
Note, that even if a client machine is using an older version of cvs, if that
client is talking to a newer cvs server, that client will be impacted by the
change in the date format and hence the client's version of Dart will need to be
updated.</SPAN></FONT></DIV>
