Hi David,

Do your TAC images look like these ones:

or, could you please post a screenshot of
your TAC  images in a public web site ?


There are many segmentation methods in ITK.
They are generic in nature, so it is likely that some
of them could be applied to extracting the brain
from the image that you have.
