[Insight-users] compiling code from Insight Journal

Hello,

I have a pretty basic question.  I downloaded source code from Reader/ 
Writer for Analyze Object Maps for ITK (http://hdl.handle.net/ 
1926/593).  The source code folder has restricted permissions so that  
I can't open it.  The instructions for compiling this code say that it  
should be compiled using CMake, but I don't know how this is done when  
I can't access the folder?
