[Insight-users] topological errors in polygons

Hi

Is there any filter which can fix polygons with strange topological structure such as e.g.

0,0
1,0
0,2
1,2
(0,0)

should be fixed to:

0,0
1,0
0.5,1
1,2
0,2
0.5,1
(0,0)
