[Insight-users] Convert to 3D: DeformableRegistration17 & 16

Thank you Luis, as always we can expect a reply from you with solutions.

Trying to decipher your message, here is what I did but the outcome was not pleasant. After making these changes, I built the solution and ran the exe file to see both the programs crash.

Changed lines 130 to 133 in DeformableRegistration17.cxx

  typedef itk::Image< PixelType, 3 > ImageType;
  typedef itk::Image< InternalPixelType, 3 > InternalImageType;
    typedef itk::Vector< float, 3 > VectorPixelType; 
  typedef itk::Image< VectorPixelType, 3 > DeformationFieldType; 

and line 206 into
  const unsigned int Dimension = 3; 
**

Can you help me understand your message below.
