Hi Darren,

Since you doing multiple registrations, you may want to use a very
downsampled version of your image to first get the right initialization
(this will considerably speed up the iteration).

Then, once you finalized the initialization, you can run it on the full
scale image. Like this, it may be more interactive. I did the same in a
previous project.
