[Insight-users] Problem when building InsightApplications-3.20.0 with FLTK

The file is generated during the build using an FLTK tool called
"fluid" (Fast Light User Interface Designer).  Make sure fluid is
installed and when using cmake to configure, make sure that
FLTK_FLUID_EXECUTABLE has a valid path to the fluid executable.
