[Insight-users] Bug in itkImageRegion?

The pixel centered on (10,10,10), has extent
([9.5,10.5],[9.5,10.5],[9.5,10.5]). So it is not an error. Similarly, pixel
(0,0) has extent ([-0.5,0.5],[-0.5,0.5]). This comes from DICOM
specification logic of interpreting pixel locations as centers of
pixels/voxels.
