Hi Miki,

You may want to start with the 2D images:

* BrainProtonDensitySlice.png
* BrainProtonDensitySliceBSplined10.png

They are in the directory:

ITK/Examples/Data

and are used by the deformable registration tests.

Please let us know what you find.
