[Insight-users] 答复: Registration for set of medical images

Hi every one,

I also met the same problem of segmenting kidney from the MR data. I am not
sure which method can achieve a good kidney segmentation. I tried the method
provided by SNAP and 3DSlicer. All of ‘em cannot segment kidney well. Maybe
I didn’t find an optimal parameter set. Which method is better when it
comes to kidney segmentation from MR volume?

Best Regards,

ZC

Hi Luis,

sory for late. I got the data from visible human project. i want to segment
liver, kidny, and other organs.

i wont segment it using ITK_SNAP or 3D Slicer. (as i think it is easer than
programing it with itk)

in 3D slicer i want to use rubost static segmentation.

  H.B

H-B,

It depends...

1) What is the content of your images ?

2) Do you have multiple modalities ?

3) What kind of segmentation are you planning to do ?

Hello,

i want to segment objects from set of images (png or dcom).

is the registration important as a preprocees for images? or it wouldn't
affect?
