[Insight-users] A challenge to all Windows users

Ok, then everything I did should have been acceptable.

What value do you have in the CMAKE_MAKE_PROGRAM variable?  I have
CMAKE_MAKE_PROGRAM-NOTFOUND.  Since there was nothing in your instructions
about setting this variable I assume that CMake did it automatically for
you.  What could I have done to prevent CMake from doing it properly on my
system?  I installed the programs in the order you specified and with what
appear to be acceptable parameters.
