[Insight-users] Problems building itk under MinGW

In my CMake gui the directory that I choose for "Where to build the binaries"
is C:/msys/1.0/home/Insight-mingw, which is the directory that I created in
step 2) below.  It starts out empty but when I hit "Configure" files and
folders begin to appear in it.
