[Insight-users] Registration for downloading ITK must be optional

Hi,

I have suggested packing ITK as a Fedora rpm. The Fedora folks have objected about the fact that the registration for downloading source is not optional -- of course the sf.net page is always accessible, but it makes sense to have an optional registration in the main page. (I personally use the trick of changing .php to .htm at the end of the download page url).
