[Insight-users] Question: 3D Segmentation

I saw Kitware To Develop 3D Segmentation and Registration Interaction Widgets news(September 2004) on kitware website. But I didn't find it in current VTK or ITK release. Could you tell me where I can find 3D segmentation instruction using VTK or ITK. Thanks a lot.
