[Insight-users] running the examples

Hi there,
is there any way of running the examples, without this being done in the
command line?
I runned some examples from the command line of windows, by passing the
parameters (input images, and output image)
there.
I have seen that you include in the cmakelists.txt an "add test " part,
where you enter image files from the data.
Is it possible to run the example , simply by running the exe file?
