[Insight-users] Building ITk IO Application

Hi Rashmi,
If you cannot find "ITKCommon.lib" that means that you have not finished
building ITK yet.
You must first build ITK before attempting to use it in an example.
Please follow the instructions in the Tutorial and don't forget the
step where you go to the "bin" subdirectory and verify that you actually
got the ITK libraries.
Make sure that you are using the same compilation mode {Debug / Release}
for both ITK and your example.
