Hello All

I compiled ImageRegistration8 sample from
InsightToolkit-3.0.1/Examples/Registration/ that takes two 3D volumes as
moving and fixed volumes. but in my dataset a 3D volume is represented
using multiple 2D dicom images. how can I conver as set of 2D dicom images
to a 3D volume?
