Hello Luis and Sami

I have an ITK implementation Active Contours Without Edges which is capable
of multi-phase. I am hoping to prepare an Insight Journal submission of the
code in the near future. In the meantime, I am willing to make the current
version available to interested parties.

Thanks!

Ben
