Hi, I am working towards reconstruction of DICOM slices in to 3D volume model. As ITK supports DICOM imageseries reading i converted the slice data into 3D image. but i don't to know how to do segmentation with 3D image. can any one tell me how? Thanx in advance Regards / Subbu
