[Insight-users] error when reading a vtk image file

Hi qf1234546,

Thanks for sending the header of your .vtk file.

As you can see from the "DATASET POLYDATA" entry,
this file *does not contain an image*.

    Instead, it contains a polygonal structure.



If you need a synthetic sphere image
you can get one at:

http://public.kitware.com/pub/itk/Data/Synthetic/

you can take the sphere.mhd and sphere.raw.gz files.

Decompress the sphere.raw.gz file,  and then
pass the sphere.mhd file as input to your program.
