Thanks for reporting this.
Could you please share with us the input data
and source code that illustrate this problem ?
You could post it to the Insight Journal as a
paper reporting negative results.

The Insight Journal encourages submissions of
reproduction of results reported by others, and
it also encourages submissions of reports on
negative results. This is a fundamental aspect
of scientific research.
Note that your paper can be reduced to a couple
of pages describing the problem that you found,
and explaining how to reproduce it. You must submit
your source code and input images along with the
paper.
That will help us to track the problem.
Please let us know if you find any problems
when submitting to the Insight Journal.
