[Insight-users] CMake does not work for Visual Studio 2005 (Visual Studio 8)

ITK does build with Visual Studio 8 Express.

The installation of Visual Studio 8 Express requires two downloads.  One for
the Express compiler and one for the system libraries.  Did you install
both?
