[insight-users] ITK conflict with VTK?

Hello,everybody! I installed VTK first,and it works well.I download ITK ,and configure it using CMAKE, then build the itk.dsw.And the problem comes:there is one error when building . It says "error to excute cl.exe"  Does the cl.exe which VTK using conflict to the ITK's ? How Can I solve the problem?I am a new user of ITK, Can you help me? Thank you very much.
