[Insight-users] Observing a transformation

Hi,

is it possible to observe the progress of the transformation during the
registration? I know this could be done with the optimizer and the whole
registration ( in case of a multiresolution approach ).

My problem is, that MattesMutualInformation moves the moving image
outside the fixed image and now I need to know why. I hope to get
information while observing the transformation.
