[Insight-users] Unable to open check cach for write

Hi all,

when i'm trying to Compile ITK 2.8.1 using Cmake the Following Message appeared:

Cmake Error: Unable to open check cach for write  ..\ITK\Cmaketmp\CmakeFiles\cmake.chek_cach"
i attempted to reinstall Cmake but no success,  i install this version in another devices several times without any problem can any body tell me about this.
