[Insight-users] convolution - correlation

Hi guys,
 
I would like to implement cross correlation between a fixed image and a moving image. 
 
I was thinking to use the cross-correlation defined by FFT. Does anyone know if something has already been done on implementing correlation or convolution between two images by FFT?
