[Insight-users] compilation error in LandmarkInitializedMutualInformationRegistration

Stephen:

It seems like there is a duplicated typedef

    typedef MomentRegistrator< TImage >               MassRegistratorType;

in lines 43 and 48 of the file 
InsightApplications/LandmarkInitializedMutualInformationRegistration/ImageRegistrationApp.h 
that makes gcc4 bail out.

The readme files said to email bug reports to you, so here you are ;)
