[Insight-users] Supply binary image as initial input to FastMarchingImageFilter.

Hello!

Is there any simple method of supplying binary image (for example
output from NeighborhoodConnectedImageFilter) as input to
FastMarchingImageFilter?

I can pass point or set of points as initial front, but is there any
method of supplying as initial front some kind of distance map like in
GeodesicActiveContourLevelSetImageFilter ?
