[Insight-users] Problem building InsightApplications-2.0.1

hi all,
 i have problem(s) building the InsightApplications-2.0.1
 with ITK-2.0.1, VTK 4.4, FLTK-1.1.6 and gcc-g++ 4.0.1 (Linux Mandriva 2006)
 and this is the message i get during build :
 ......

 Building object file fltkCone3D.o...
 Building object file fltkClippingPlane3DDrawer.o...
 /usr/local/InsightApplications-2.0.1/Auxiliary/FltkImageViewer/fltkClippingPlane3DDrawer.cxx:26:20: error: GL/glu.h: Aucun fichier ou répertoire de ce type
