[ITK-dev] ITK 4.11 release schedule

Hi Taylor,

I updated the wiki page. We will be tagging the first 4.11 RC later today,
and the final release is scheduled for January 23rd.

We took the time required to address the dynamic_cast on MacOSX issue.
