Dear all,

I need some help with the following problem:

I have a mask representing the ROI of an image. I wanted now to use the LabelGeometryImageFilter to calculate the volume and eigenvalues of this mask.
For this I have the following code:

typedef itk::Image< T, R > ImageType;

typename ImageType::Pointer mask;

 typedef itk::ImageFileReader< ImageType > ReaderType;
 typename ReaderType::Pointer readerMask = ReaderType::New();
 readerMask->SetFileName(config.voiName);
  //get the output of the VOI mask
 mask = readerMask->GetOutput();
 try{
      readerMask->Update();
 }
 catch(itk::ExceptionObject &excp){
      std::cerr << excp <<std::endl;
 }
 double origin[3] = {0.0, 0.0, 0.0};
 mask->SetOrigin(origin);
 typedef itk::LabelGeometryImageFilter< ImageType > LabelGeometryImageFilterType;
 typename LabelGeometryImageFilterType::Pointer labelGeometryImageFilter = LabelGeometryImageFilterType::New();
If I want to compile this, I already get the error:
Error: no match for call to '{const hasher {aka const __gnu_cxx: hash<float>}) (const key_type&)
Does anyone know where the problem is coming from and how I could solve this?
Thanks a lot !

Regards

Elli
