[ITK-dev] Ubuntu 14 Test failure bisect results

Hi Brad,

I have been doing some Experimental builds on the dashboard.  So far,
the test failures are repeatable with GCC / Binutils in Ubuntu 14.04
with BUILD_SHARED_LIBS OFF, but not BUILD_SHARED_LIBS ON.  I am
working on a patch... :-)
